Prison is one of the most important segments in the realization of social security comprehensive management. In recent years, criminal's quality and skill level are increasingly high, it is urgent to utilize the high-tech means for crime prevention to guarantee the safety of society, security guards as well as the detainees.

In order to adapt to the rapid development of society, meet the development needs of modern supervision management and at the same time improve the emergency rapid response and decision-making ability, a set of practical and feasible construction plans are put forward based on the present technology situation, actual situation of comprehensive prison supervision system construction and our company's practical experience in the intelligent system network. This set of plans are so fully reasonable, advanced, reliable and economic as to realize the whole system's networking management control.  In view of future development, this proposal can be realized in the combination environment of three parts, which are data, audio and video respectively. It is committed to the realization of the principles of quality and quantity, advanced technology, economic reliability, rational layout, future-focus based on the current, and room for expansion. Besides, this proposal made full use of existing technical equipment to realize information resources sharing, aiming at a modernized control and supervise system with feasibility and continuity, by holistic planning and step-by-step implementation and non-duplication.

Construction goals

The goals of system integration, digitalization and network are to be achieved through the intelligent system integration. This system adopts the networking mode of the combination of simulation and digital, with simulation used mainly on the bottom and network digital aided by simulation on uploading or branch control. While other Internet users access system via the private network.

In addition to the traditional simulation management mode, a digital network management platform is set up, with a dedicated server in coordination with a set of perfect integrated software (server software, management center software, client software, etc.) to provide a necessary support for network access and support the C/S, B/S access modes.
